I am a trained chef, have worked in restaurant, lunch club and hotel kitchens. I'm also a mother and love preparing delicious healthy meals for my family.
I have also spent a huge amount of my adult life on various diets. It seems to me that with a little imagination you can prepare interesting healthy food, eat well and feel fantastic
I work in Picnic Fayre, the award winning Deli in Cley-next-the-Sea, and it's wonderful to have access to such a variety of ingredients.
Here in Norfolk we are lucky to be able to train at 'Get-Set-Go To Fitness', where there are powerwalking and Nordic walking classes. The combination of healthy eating and exercise is of well known benefit.
