Primordial Soup

(Serves 2 – 3)

1) Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and red onion till soft.

2) Add carrot, sweet potato, ginger, turmeric and bouillon powder. Just cover with boiling water and bring to the boil.

3) Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.

4) Finally add the chopped pepper and coconut milk and blend.
