Marinated Chicken Breast
(Serves 2)
- 2 chicken breasts, with skin removed
- ½ inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbs tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh mint
Blitz all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken, ideally overnight.
